We will replace any damaged or defected items without any question.The damaged item(s) should be returned within 14 days in original boxes with our return label.If the item is on backorder,out of stock or discontinued, a refund will be credited to the buyer in the original payment.Refunds will be applied to customer account once the item is received by us.We will pay for shipping charges if the damage or defect is caused by our packaging system. The damages caused by misuse of the product do not qualify for refund.Most of our products are designed for display purposes and we encourage our customers not to use them for combat purposes.We will study items to see if it's caused during shipping or it was already defected.We check items carefully and pack each box individually using packaging materials. Our goal is to make sure everyone is happy with their products.
